Logistics Consultant Our client is looking for a Logistics Consultant with client interaction and a strong analytical background to join their Gauteng Team. Duties & Responsibilities The position involves overseeing franchise and driver performance, ensuring operational compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities include: Understanding operational levers Training and enforcing SOPs Contributing to SOP improvement Maintaining service levels Monitoring branch adherence to agreements and KPIs Managing weekly KPIs Conducting audits Traveling as needed Addressing key branch tracking metrics related to driver growth, performance, complaints, and customer satisfaction Compiling weekly reports for feedback and action Desired Experience & Qualification Completed Diploma or Degree in Logistics 5 years experience in a client-facing role in an operational environment or similar Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Training experience in an operational setting will be advantage...
