Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Process Pending Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately using CRM/SAP.
• Arrange daily transportation by booking trucks through logistics platforms such as Deliveree, Lalamove, or other logistics providers.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, sales teams, and customers to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status until goods are successfully delivered.
• Resolve delivery-related issues, including schedule changes, transportation arrangements, and customer inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, delivery records, and filing.
