• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and ensure timely execution of logistics activities.
• Track shipment progress and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Manage warehouse inventory records, including receiving, storage, and dispatch movements.
• Prepare and maintain inbound/outbound logistics documentation such as delivery orders and invoices.

• Possess logistics administrative experience.
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts.
