The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) located in Elizabeth City; North Carolina provides logistical support for the aviation fleet for the USCG and other selected government agencies. This support includes depot maintenance, engineering, supply, procurement, information services, and acquisition project execution. The ALC’s Chief of Contracting Office (COCO) provides contracting and procurement support to every ALC product line and division.
