Logistic Officer (12 months Contract)

This role is part of a committed team supporting logistic operations, warehouse, and customs.

Your tasks

• Review and verify draft Customs Forms (K1, K2, K8) from various couriers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and submit import/export customs exemption applications to the LMW Customs Unit and maintain filing for regulatory compliance.
• Perform data entry for import/export declarations, incoming processes, and posting entries for reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Prepare and submit monthly value-added reports to Customs and maintain the Bonded Warehouse Report.
• Conduct bi-monthly components reconciliation and monthly/bi-monthly cycle counts, including variance verification.
• Support inbound warehouse operations and participate in projects to improve receiving processes and RTV (Return to Vendor) flows.
