Roles Definition & Accountabilities

• Plan and manage logistics, transportation, warehousing and distribution activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to clients and internal departments.
• Optimize routes and transport schedules to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage relationships with transporters, suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control procedures.
• Prepare and manage the logistics budget and control operational cost.
