This is a hands-on role requiring a leader who spends less time behind a desk and more time ensuring our trucks are moving efficiently. The ideal candidate must have deep experience managing drivers, handling heavy vehicles to ensure crop freshness and transport continuity.

1. Direct daily dispatches, collection routes, and crop evacuation to minimize vehicle turnaround times.

2. Monitor driver progress in real time; instantly resolve breakdowns, labor shortages, or field access issues.

3. Maintain high discipline and accountability among drivers, ensuring full compliance with road safety and transport regulations.
