Logistic Executive

• Responsible for overseeing transportation operations for the assigned country under MOT regulations, ensuring compliance with corresponding responsibilities and KPIs
• Book and manage logistics for the assigned country, providing adequate support for growing transportation needs
• Responsible for shipment delivery, shipment tracking, exception handling, and local delivery management
• Manage forwarders’ daily operations to improve efficiency and ensure on‑time delivery and service quality
• Prepare Certificates of Origin from MITI and FMM
• Organize and optimize logistics processes, control logistics costs, and propose improvement initiatives
• Deal with Government agency for any logistic related field
• Apply for permit with AELB, SIRIM, MAQIS, MICCI or any related field
• Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior
