Responsibilities

• Responsible for stock room inventory management, and supply chain activities in accordance with BNP and WFP operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock records, stock registers, stack cards, and other inventory documentation, ensuring timely updates and reconciliation of physical and recorded stock.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of SNF in compliance with BNP protocols, quality standards, and stock room management procedures.
• Organize and maintain the stock room to ensure orderly storage, proper stacking, adequate ventilation, and safe handling of commodities in accordance with occupational health and safety requirements.
• Monitor storage conditions, including cleanliness, temperature control, air conditioning functionality, and the operation of temperature monitoring equipment to preserve product quality.
