Lodge Manager

This role calls for a self-sufficient operator with a genuine passion for the bush and a natural ability to create memorable guest experiences. Someone who can manage the full scope of a compact, intimate camp with professionalism and warmth.

Core Criteria

• Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or Assistant Lodge Manager in a luxury safari environment
• Valid driver’s licence essential
• Strong leadership, guest relations and operational skills
• Experience managing a small team in a remote bush setting
• Sound understanding of stock control, administration and day-to-day lodge management
• Calm under pressure, reliable, and highly self-motivated
