Lodge Manager

A large self-catering resort in the Hazyview region is seeking an experienced and hands-on Lodge Manager to oversee the overall operation of the property.
 
This position is suited to a mature hospitality professional with strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all departments while maintaining high guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff performance across the resort.


REQUIREMENT:

• RSA ID and legal residence essential


• Minimum 5 years' hospitality management experience essential


• Hospitality or related tertiary qualification beneficial


• Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle essential


• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
