- Provide frontline customer service.
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration.
- Booking of referral appointments.
- Handling phone calls and inquiries.
- Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection.
- Maintaining inventory levels.
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Previous experience in a healthcare organization is a plus.
- Familiarity and hands‑on experience with the Plato System is preferred.
- Proficient in medical insurance processing.
