Local Store Marketing Officer (Experienced)

We’re hiring a Local Store Marketing Officer for Highlands Coffee Philippines.

You’ll lead the development and rollout of hyper‑local marketing programs within a 1–3 km radius of each store—driving community engagement, store capability, and on‑ground execution quality.

What you’ll do:

• Build the national LSM framework, toolkits, and activation calendars
• Train and coach Store Managers, Shift Leaders, and Area Managers
• Guide store‑executed sampling, partnerships, and in‑store activations
• Ensure brand‑aligned materials and execution quality
• Track weekly LSM activities and consolidate insights into dashboards
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Training, and Area Managers

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
