Local Integration Lead Birmingham
Salary: £29,000 per annum + package
Location: Birmingham covering West Midlands area (site base will be discussed at interview)
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
If successful you will be responsible for engaging local services to support participants to address barriers to employment and identify appropriate job opportunities. Through regular reviews with our operations team, you will identify gaps in provision and/or accessibility of current services and source additional or alternative local solutions to meet these needs. The role will also be responsible for managing and quality assuring external provision ensuring that it is accessible and supports participants in their progression towards employment.
