Intact Insurance’s Operations team in Madrid is looking for an Operations Technician to support the French market and wider European programmes. The role focuses on processing policies, managing operational data, and ensuring compliance with global service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Following receipt of instructions, accurately process data onto the various systems in a timely manner to meet service standards and operational KPIs.
• Process commercial/specialty programmes including multinational programmes within the assigned lines of business for the French market.
• Check instructions/ risk information data and raise queries promptly where required.
• Process the bookings of premiums, pools, local and foreign taxes, and reinsurance as necessary onto the relevant operational systems.
