Lobby Greeter

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering the lobby with a warm and genuine welcome
• Provide directions and escort guests to the front desk, concierge or other areas as needed
• Assist with identifying VIP guests and coordinating their arrival experience
• Communicate guest arrivals to the bell desk, valet and front office teams
• Maintain a strong presence in the lobby to assist with guest inquiries and offer proactive service
• Monitor lobby traffic and ensure a smooth flow during peak periods
• Support special events, group arrivals and promotional activities in the lobby
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized and aligned with brand standards
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered
• Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and escalation when necessary
• Promote hotel services, amenities and local attractions when appropriate
