Loans Processing Head

The Loans Processing Head Branches is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end loan application workflow. They manage credit processing teams, enforce regulatory compliance, and ensure applications are evaluated, documented, and released accurately.

Key Responsibilitie

• sPipeline Management : Supervises credit and loan processors to ensure all required documents (income proofs, IDs, credit reports) are validated in a timely manner
• Policy Compliance : Ensures that all processed loans comply with the financial institution's guidelines, banking laws, and regulatory standards
• Team Leadership : Conducts training, sets performance quotas, and manages quality assurance for processing staff
• Liaison : Acts as the primary bridge between front-end loan officers/sales teams, underwriters, and management
