Loans Operations Support Officer

Job Summary:

The Loan Operations Support Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our DEIG Loan Products. She/He is responsible for providing full support and accountability to the Loans Product Team, ensuring the smooth functioning and providing exceptional service to clients pre- and post-application. Creates synergies between internal and external stakeholders that would ultimately deliver better customer experience across the bank’s various target segments.

How will you contribute:

• Oversee and monitor the status and performance of our Third Party Provider that processes the Loans Booking end to end.
• Responsible for the on-time preparation, delivery and handling of all loan performance reports as well as commission reports to our loan strategic partners.
