Loans & Distribution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage inflow of overnight requests and ensure timely processing
• Assist participants by navigating vendor websites to approve online requests and run reports
• Answer and return calls from recordkeepers, customers, and participants
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, research, and documentation review
• Ensure accurate processing of distributions and loans
• Resolve issues related to distribution and loan processing
• Manage relationships with multiple recordkeepers to ensure compliance
• Maintain accuracy in PensionPro, FT William, and ERISApedia

Requirements

• 2‑3 years of experience with retirement plan documents
• Experience in a high‑volume processing environment
• Ability to meet 24‑48 hour processing metrics
• General understanding of plan document language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
