- Peruse the Credit Proposal submitted by Relationship Manager prior to preparation of Letter of Offer, Supplemental Letter of Offer, Letter of Variation and Restructuring Letters to ensure that the terms of the proposal are in line with our lending guidelines.
- Vet legal documents, ensure all mortgage, land/construction loan documentation are complete, accurate and in order prior to loan disbursement and liaise with solicitors on conveyancing matters.
- Ensure all loans are processed and disbursed on time.
- Ensure the outstanding security documents from solicitor are followed-up, received and safekeep offsite in a timely manner.
- Process/Check loan related entries and CPF
- Arrange for legal and valuation subsidy once the documents are in order.
