Overview
Service both commercial, including participations and agent loans, and consumer loans; in accordance with credit agreements, participation agreements and internal policies. Process loan funding, paydowns, rate changes, repricing and commitment extensions. Calculate and apply interest, fees, and principal payments. Prepare and distribute loan notices, payment advices, and funding requests to participant banks. Support onboarding of new facilities and amendments. Communicate effectively with internal business partners and participants.
The Loan Operations Business Application Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day loan servicing of commercial and/or consumer loans, including participation loans. The role ensures accurate loan processing, timely remittance of funds, compliance with credit agreements and effective communication with agents, participants and internal partners.
