Loan Officer Needed - BASIC & Comms | 5.5 Day |

Responsibilities:

-Understand customers' needs and guide them through the loan process

-Handle customer queries & promote New/renew sales

-Check customers background and evaluate their creditworthiness (such as CPF, MLCB, HDB, credit bureau etc.) and advice whether customers are suitable for LOAN installment plan.

- Manage and provide customer service support via phone call, Live chat /emails to clarify the Loan details.

-Any ad-hoc duty assigned by the management.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills.

- Prior/related experience preferred

- Have instant message and telephone etiquette

- Ensure each customer is provided with exceptional service
