Loan Officer Assistant (Full WFH - US Client)

The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) serves as a frontend and backend support responsible for assisting

borrowers throughout the entire loan lifecycle, from initial borrower contact and application intake

through Mortgage Condition processing. The LOA partners closely with Loan Officers to deliver

exceptional customer service, maintain compliance, manage loan documentation, facilitate

communication among all transaction parties, and ensure loans move efficiently through the mortgage

process.



Primary Responsibilities:

Frontend Loan Origination Support

• Serve as a primary point of contact for borrowers through the application and pre-approval process.

• Accept live transfers from AI and assist in building and managing the Loan Officer's pipeline.

• Review borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy.

• Prepare files for Loan Officer review and credit determination.
