**Summary**

The position manages a fast‑moving pipeline using iOriginate, LaserPro, Mainframe, ALS, Title365, and CMS, works daily reports, and provides proactive status updates to partners. Strong communication and client service are critical, collaborating with bankers, loan officers, and attorneys while working independently or with the team, handling complex loans, and supporting overtime and special projects as needed

+ Process unsecured, CD, Savings, Titled, and Real estate secured loans in a timely manner
+ Obtain, order, and analyze all documentation with the ability to handle confidential data in an ethical and professional manner
+ Review all closing info to verify the structure of the loan is in accordance to the approval
+ Comply with bank policies and procedures
