Loan Closer - Support

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Closer - Support specialist to join a team in Schaumburg, Illinois on a Long-term Contract basis. This position plays a key role in guiding mortgage files through the closing stage by coordinating disclosures, validating critical loan data, and keeping timelines on track. The ideal candidate brings strong closing knowledge, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to produce accurate documentation in a fast-paced lending environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage an active pipeline within Encompass and track each file closely to ensure closing deadlines and service expectations are consistently achieved.
• Deliver responsive support to both internal partners and external stakeholders, including loan officers and other parties involved in the closing process.
