Loading Shovel Operator
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX27
Pay Rate: £17 per hour
Shift Pattern:
* Monday to Friday
* 07:00 – 17:00
* Paid 9.5 hours per day
* Weekend overtime available (Saturday or Sunday as required, paid at overtime rates)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Loading Shovel Operator to join a busy waste and composting operation based in Bicester.
This is a hands-on role working outdoors in all weather conditions, operating a Loading Shovel to support the site's daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading vehicles, moving materials around the facility, and supporting various stages of the composting and recycling process while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
