THE JOB

The Analyst, Real Estate Development will play a key role leading financial underwriting and analysis for assigned acquisition and development opportunities and providing investment recommendations to senior leadership, in addition to supporting various development and acquisition opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain exposure at the intersection of music and real estate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO

  • Build and maintain financial models to support venue acquisition, development, and strategic investment opportunities
  • Conduct financial analysis, market research, site analysis and due diligence to evaluate acquisition and development opportunities
