LIVESTOCK, PERENNIALS AND FARM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years or more of verified experience in commercial livestock production, feedlotting and large-scale herd breeding
• Demonstrated competency with livestock management software (TrueTest and Bengu Farms, or comparable EID-based platforms)
• Foundational agronomic knowledge or aptitude applicable to perennial tree crop establishment and management (citrus, coffee or similar)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a basic working knowledge of construction
• Excellent record-keeping and a high level of attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead, plan for and instruct a large permanent labour force
• A high level of self-motivation and a very strong work ethic, with the resilience to perform under sustained pressure
