The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Livestock Coordinator to join our Livestock team based in Pukeuri, Oamaru. This is a critical role responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimising livestock flows into our processing operations. Working closely with Livestock Representatives, plant teams, transport providers, and planners, you will ensure livestock supply aligns with processing requirements, transport capacity is utilised effectively, and operational targets are achieved.
