Live Sports Data & Operations Lead

Genius Sports Group in Medellín is seeking a Match Lead to support live football and basketball operations. You’ll help run live games using Genius Sports technology, ensuring tracking and event data is accurate and delivered on time.

You’ll lead Operators during live shifts, stay focused during gameplay, and provide clear feedback to improve systems and processes. The role requires 15–30 hours per week, with shifts up to 6 hours, across 1-2 football games per shift.
