The Role
- End-to-end management of a modern townhouse complex
- Portfolio of approximately 70 properties, growing to 100+
- Leasing responsibilities, including occasional weekend opens
- Routine inspections and maintenance coordination
- Tenant communication and relationship management
- Arrears control, lease renewals, and compliance
