POSITION SUMMARY: MUST RESIDE ON THE PROPERTY AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE FACILITIES MANAGER, PERFORMS GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND MINOR REPAIRS ON BUILDING, GROUNDS AND EQUIPMENT. MONITORS WORK OF TRADES PEOPLE TO ENSURE ADHERENCE TO RULES AND REGULATIONS.
