Experienced, professional and proactive Live in Building Manager vacancy available at a large residential development located in the Wandsworth area. The package includes a one-bedroom accommodation and will include all utilities and council tax costs plus there is a remuneration for any out of hours calls as given it’s a live-in role there is a natural expectancy for the building manager to be on call in the event of any utter emergencies outside normal working hours. The main purpose of the job is to take responsibility for the day-today operations, maintenance, and safety of the buildings’ communal areas, infrastructure and grounds.
