JR F & B Concepts is seeking a Hand-pull Noodle Specialist to perform live on-site demonstrations of traditional la mian for corporate diners. You will lead demonstrations at the noodle station, prepare dough, and pull noodles to exact thickness and texture standards according to the menu.
