ARRISE is seeking a dedicated supervisor for our live casino studios in the UAE. You will oversee operational activities, train new team members, and ensure compliance with company game standards and SLAs. You will promptly address incidents, assist the Shift Manager, and facilitate cross-department communication to sustain smooth gameplay.

Your role includes documenting performance, supporting ISO standardization efforts, and contributing to process improvements across the operation.
