We are a boutique litigation firm based in Publika, Kuala Lumpur, specialising in complex commercial and civil litigation. We are looking for a reliable and meticulous Litigation Secretary to join our small but dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• E-filing and diary management
• Collating bundles of documents and authorities
• File management and organisation
• General administrative support

Qualifications

• Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn — these matter more to us than years of experience
• Ability to communicate and write in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Prior litigation experience is an advantage, but we are happy to train the right candidate
