Responsibilities:
Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.Perform litigation management and outside counsel management.Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters Qualifications:
6+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environmentThe ability to work remotely full time for corporate clients on a contract basis helping to resolve in-house litigation mattersActive bar license in the state in which you reside Preferred Skills:
