Responsibilities and Duties .
Handle property transfers and all related conveyancing tasks
Manage and litigate disputes related to conveyancing
Provide legal advice to clients on property law matters
Liaise with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on property matters.
Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney with valid right of appearance
Proven experience in conveyancing transactions
Strong track record in litigating conveyancing...
