• Manage and Support of Domino Servers
• Support and troubleshoot mail and server issues, such as mail routing, mail agents and other mail server related issues;

ii. Support users' requests for creation of databases, replications, messaging (mail, SMS, Page) requests; and other similar Domino's service requests; iii. Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the Domino servers to ensure availability of the services to users; iv. Assist in the evaluation of new products and technologies to enhance or improve the integrated office systems infrastructure;

• Assist in the provisions of statistics on Domino servers availability and other server related statistics and update of mail virus pattern files
