Responsibilities & Tasks
Software Development & Engineering
- Application Development: Write and debug C++ and C# application code for edge device systems.
- Bug Resolution: Identify, reproduce, and fix software bugs across C++, C#, bash, Python, SQL, and Puppet.
- Configure CloudWatch logging and monitoring for edge device telemetry.
- Contribute to scripted and procedural workflow improvements.
- Develop and manage system requirements by performing requirement analysis, writing, and traceability.
- Create, conduct, and document system test procedures.
Technical Operations & Incident Management
- Advanced Incident Resolution: Act as a final escalation point for the UK team for complex technical issues with edge devices and hardware subsystems.
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues with Wi‑Fi cards, hotspots, LTE modems (including AT command automation), GPS modu...
