Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Serves food to diners following established quality control, portioning, and customer service standards
+ Maintains the cleanliness and organization of serving lines, condiment stations, and dining areas
+ Sets up and breaks down serving stations in accordance with dining service requirements
+ Follows all sanitation and health safety standards strictly
+ Provides excellent service in a friendly, sincere, and courteous manner
+ Confirms supplies and equipment availability and oversees setup as necessary
+ Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
+ Knowledge of food service sanitation and safety procedures
+ Skill in high-volume dining customer service
