Line Operator -PM 1ST & 2ND Shift

Summary:

Line Operator will operate, set-up and dissemble machine to ensure achievement of the department goal. Ensure employees safety, training, food safety training, quality control, labor cost, materials proper utilization, flow efficiencies and all other resources involved in a daily production of department. Special attention should be paid to the area of cleanliness and organization of raw materials and packaging.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Needs to arrive one hour before the start of the shift to ensure Press is organized according to daily Production orders.

Must insure that Press is ready to run at the required schedule time.

Need to fill out the Start up Supervisor Checklist daily. Checklist must be turned in to Production Manager daily.

Must practice and enforce all General Manufacturing Practices regulations, and all proper Personal Protective Equipment regulations. If there is an immediate hazard...
