Hunter’s Kitchen & Bar, a high-volume neighborhood restaurant bringing southern inspired comfort food to South Boston, is currently seeking Line Cooks! They are on the hunt for creative, energetic and forward-thinking individuals to join their BOH team. Applicants should be hands-on, team-oriented, and organized. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, show a sense of urgency, and an eagerness to execute at a high level.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize daily prep for station, stock station with all necessary mise en place

  • Follow the Chefs recipes

  • Work alongside and help out teammates

  • Clean and organize station after dinner service

  • Restock station for the next shift

    • Requirements:

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, team focused

  • Highly organized and eager to learn

  • Sense of urgency in the kitchen
