Line Cook/Counter Associate

Mimi’s Chūka Diner is an owner-operated full-service restaurant in Somerville, located within the same building as Aeronaut Brewing Company’s taproom. We serve Japanese-adapted Chinese cuisine with an American diner influence in our cozy ~38-seat dining room. We hire for character and attitude, and we want all members of our team to reflect those values.
