Line Cook & Prep Specialist (Garde Manger/Entremetier)

MRH-Zermatt SA in Zermatt seeks a Commis de Cuisine to support kitchen stations and keep equipment in top condition. You will help prepare meals for guests, events, and staff while upholding hygiene standards.

You will assist with purchasing daily supplies and maintain cleanliness across storage areas and the kitchen. In this role you will handle mise en place for breakfast, discuss menus for banquets, prepare staff meals, and support lunch and dinner services in various dining spaces.
