Line Cook

We are looking to hire a full-time or part-time line cook. This role is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to order during our morning cafe service (6:30am-3pm) or pizza service (1:30pm-10pm). This role requires consistency, efficiency, and teamwork to ensure a high standard of food is delivered every time. While primarily focused on working a line station during service, Line Cooks also support prep work and must have a strong understanding of the dishes on their station.

Duties Include

• Learn and execute all food prep for menu items according to recipes and quality standards, including plating standards.
  
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and communicate clearly with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
