Queen Bee’s Tea Room is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Garde Manger / Prep Cook to support our scratch kitchen and elevated tea service operation. This role focuses on cold preparation, tea sandwich production, salads, desserts, plating support, and organized kitchen prep execution in a fast-paced but creative environment.

This is a critical role supporting both daily restaurant service and private events.

• Prepare tea sandwiches, salads, spreads, sauces, and cold menu components
• Assist with pastry plating and tier assembly
• Maintain prep lists and production timelines
• Portion and label ingredients accurately
• Support banquet and catering prep as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
