Prepare and cook steaks to perfection—rare, medium, or well-done—based on customer preferences

Cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and presentation standards

Assist in prepping ingredients: chopping, slicing, marinating

Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe

Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure dishes are served hot and on time

Monitor food inventory and notify management when stock runs low
