Lims systems support analyst

I have a brand new opportunity for a LIMS Systems Support Analyst to join a well-established global company. You will need to have a strong understanding of LIMS software whether it be On LIMS, Lab Create, OSCAR, Lab Ware, or similar.

The role will be working within the IT department and will be a unique opportunity to add to your LIMS systems knowledge but also gain lots of other IT systems and technology experience where you will be providing support for LIMS systems supporting both the analytical and inspection systems in use at my client’s companies around the globe.

Responsibilities Working with the tools provided to deliver 3rdline user support for my client’s Business Applications (On LIMS, Lab Create, OSCAR), working to agreed SLA’s.
