Delegate and review lighting calculations completed by less experienced lighting staff to understand lighting requirements and product selections.Teach staff calculation software and methods for completing calculation process.Lead lighting design on projects of all sizes and multiple market segments and across multiple offices, often leading different team members on overlapping project schedules and phases of design.Extensive understanding of lighting design criteria for typical and highly specialized spaces/building typesReview products and evaluate components, design quality of materials, issues of maintenance, product quality and provide recommendations for projects.
